Hiking Wild – Liability Waiver & Release Form

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

This Liability Waiver and Release Form (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Hiking Wild (the “Company”) and the participant listed below (the “Participant”). The Participant acknowledges that hiking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks of serious injury or death.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in hiking activities, including but not limited to: falls, slips, exposure to weather, wildlife encounters, dehydration, altitude sickness, and other natural hazards.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATION:
The Participant certifies that they are in good physical health and capable of participating in the selected hike. The Participant assumes all responsibility for any pre-existing medical conditions and has consulted with a physician if necessary.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
The Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges Hiking Wild, its owners, employees, and guides from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in hiking activities, including negligence (except gross negligence or willful misconduct).

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES:
The Participant authorizes the guide to make emergency medical decisions if the Participant becomes incapacitated. Emergency services may be contacted at the guide’s discretion.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA:
The Participant consents to photography and video recording during the hike and grants Hiking Wild the right to use these images for promotional purposes.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
The Participant acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this agreement and assume all risks associated with participation.
