My Hiking Philosophy

Hiking is more than just walking up a mountain. It’s about connection—to nature, to yourself, and to the people you’re with. Every trail has a story, and my job is to help you discover it.

I believe in the power of small groups. With a  maximum group size of 6, everyone gets the attention they deserve. I can adjust the pace, answer questions, share stories, and create an experience that feels personal and meaningful.

Safety is non-negotiable. I prepare thoroughly for every hike, I’m trained in wilderness first aid, and I make decisions based on conditions and group capability—not on a preset itinerary. Your wellbeing is always my top priority.

Finally, I’m committed to Leave No Trace principles. These mountains have given me so much, and I want to ensure they remain pristine for future generations. Every hike is an opportunity to model responsible outdoor stewardship.
